Central Bank of India unveils customer care and collections management initiatives

Mumbai: The Central Bank of India today, launched two strategic initiatives - the Integrated Customer Care (ICC) and a designated Customer Care Number, 1800 30 30. Simultaneously, the Advanced Collections Management (ACM) was introduced in Mumbai.
The inauguration ceremony was led by M. V. Rao, MD & CEO, alongside key executives, including M. V. Murali Krishna, Executive Director, Mahendra Dohare, Executive Director, E. Ratan Kumar, General Manager- IT Digital, Satish Agarwal, General Manager-PDOD, S. V. Mangrulkar, General Manager- Credit Mon. & Policy, and others.
ICC serves as a comprehensive solution for customer queries, covering service requests and digital support. Additionally, ICC will manage various awareness, sales, marketing, and promotional campaigns for the Bank.
The Bank introduced an end-to-end Advanced Collections Management system, utilizing Data-Powered Automation to optimize collections and minimize delinquency.
